Dialed In Co. started the way most good obsessions do — one cup at a time.
I'm Jonathan, and I've spent the better part of two decades behind a camera and at a design desk, building things for a living. Film production, product design, websites — work where the difference between fine and right comes down to a hundred small details most people never notice but everyone can feel. Somewhere along the way, that same itch found its way into my morning coffee.
"It turns out coffee is exactly that kind of craft. The grind, the water temperature, the ratio, the pour — none of it is complicated on its own, but get the details dialed in and an ordinary cup turns into something you actually look forward to. What we're about
We're not interested in carrying everything — we're interested in carrying the right things, the things you need, that will give you a superior product without having to spend thousands of dollars.
Every piece in the shop is here because it earns its spot: it does its job, it lasts, and it's priced like something a real person would actually buy. No mystery, no markup for the sake of it. Just good gear for people who care how their coffee turns out — whether you're pulling your first shot or you've gone all the way down the rabbit hole. If it's not something we'd use on our own counter, it's not in the shop.
About the coffee, our Dialed In Blend
This part's personal. Alongside the gear, we roast our own blend — done locally, in small batches, fresh. Not sourced from a warehouse three countries away, but actual coffee we stand behind and drink ourselves daily. We have a personal relationship with our roaster who only resides 4 blocks from our office, so quality control, restocking, and variety is of the highest order.
Because here's the thing all the gear in the world can't fix: stale beans. The freshest, best-dialed setup still needs good coffee to pour through it. That's the other half of what we do — and the reason a grinder, a kettle, and a bag of our beans belong on the same counter.
