SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for shopping with Dialed In Co. Here's exactly what to expect after you place an order — we'd rather be upfront than leave you guessing.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your items ship.
Shipping times
We work with a small network of specialty suppliers to bring you good gear at fair prices. Because of that, shipping times vary by item:
In-stock / domestic items: typically 3–8 business days after processing.
Specialty items sourced from our partners: typically 10–20 business days after processing.
Estimated delivery for each item is shown at checkout where available. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers, customs, weather, and holidays can add time.
Your order may arrive in more than one package
This is the important one. Because different items come from different suppliers, an order with multiple products may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking. If part of your order arrives before the rest, don't worry — the rest is on its way.
Tracking
Tracking is provided whenever the carrier offers it. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, give it a few days (international handoffs can go quiet) and then reach out — we're happy to chase it down.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us right away and we'll do whatever we can to help.
Delays, lost, or stuck packages
If your order is significantly past its estimated window, email us at support@dialedinco.store with your order number and we'll track it down and make it right.
Where we ship from
Our items are sourced from a mix of U.S. and overseas partners (including suppliers in Japan, South Korea, and China), depending on the product. We currently ship within the United States.
