58.5mm Tamper for 58mm Portafilter — Adjustable Depth, Ripple Base

Level every time, by design. This is a really nice tamp, the ripple base leaves a textured pattern on the puck that helps water saturate the grounds evenly for a more balanced shot. Tamping depth adjusts from 0 to 14mm to match different basket sizes, and the rounded dark stained wood-and-metal handle sits comfortably in the hand. The leveling plate rests on the rim of your basket as you press, so the tamp comes out flat every single time — sideways tamps are basically impossible.

The 58.5mm base gives a snug fit in most 58mm baskets — including VST and IMS — and works with most 58mm machines like Breville, Gaggia, and La Marzocco. The close fit means fewer grounds left around the basket edge.
